Trapped.
It seems that, although the world around us seems to be on fire (metaphorically, as the world is very much at standstill at the moment),
life in Japan is buisness as usual. One can't help but feel anxious by living life as normal, and getting a a daily dose of a "wake-up call" when you
go home- another day of learning code as an English Teacher. By the time you get home, the rest of the world wakes up, (perhaps walking a couple
of feet to the kitchen for a morning coffee) you've succeeded in another day of keeping your desk extra toasty in these hard times.
